Electronic ‘Active’ Transfer Cases

 

To insure proper operation of electronic ‘active’ transfer cases 

Including Borg Warner 4405, 4406, 4411, 4416,  New Venture 126, 136, 146, 226, 236, 246 and others

 

IMPORTANT ‘MUSTS’ FOR PROPER OPERATION:

  1. All four tires must measure within ¼” diameter
  2. The unit must be properly filled with the correct fluid
  3. Battery voltage must be sufficient to power all onboard computers
  4. All output shaft speed sensors must read equally at any given speed
