INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

An AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION PROTECTION KIT includes an inline filter, Lubegard Supplement and replacement cooler or cooler flusher.

  • 1.KITS WITH COOLER: Disconnect radiator cooler and install the high quality high capacity inner fin cooler in its place.
  • 2. KITS WITH FLUSHER: Follow the instructions on the can to thoroughly flush contaminants from the cooler.
  • 3.Install inline filter in return cooling line with arrow pointing in the direction of flow.
  • 4. Fill transmission to 1/4" below the 'add' mark. Add Lubegard (included), then test drive until oil is hot. Add oil as needed to bring up to full. Make any needed adjustments to linkage, modulator etc.
